They were very thorough and we were very pleased with the service. We will call on them again when we are ready to update the rest of our plumbing.

The technician told me on the phone that the toilet needed to be removed to clear a clog and was quoted $461. Based on that explanation, I approved the work. Afterward, my tenants informed me the toilet was never removed and the clog was cleared in about 10 minutes with a simple auger. The final bill was $560 ($69 inspection + $431 repair), which is completely unreasonable for the work actually performed. I feel misled and overcharged. I would stay away from this company.
